JAMES A. SMITH CREATIVE REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENT EXCHANGOR

James A. Smith obtained his Real Estate Brokers license in San Jose, California in October 1964. He opened and operated a general residential real estate Brokerage office through 1971. Then Smith commenced studying under the Richard R. Reno Educational Foundation.

This was a continuing specialized course of study in Real Estate Investments and Creative Real Property Exchange techniques. Upon opening the office of Creative Real Estate Investments in Campbell, California, Mr. Smith continued his practice and actively attended classes and seminars on Real Estate Investment Counseling and taxation. By 1978 Smith had attained a Senior Listing in "Who’s Who in Creative Real Estate," a publication of the Richard R. Reno Educational Foundation for his Creative Real Estate Investment Counseling education and expertise.

In quest of additional real estate knowledge, Smith opened and operated Greater California Mortgage Company in Los Gatos, California in 1981. He specialized in the origination, underwriting and placing of all types of real estate loans. Mr. Smith holds both a valid California and Arizona real estate brokers license and is currently residing in Sedona, Arizona.

He has now opened his own Real Estate Brokerage office appropriately named "Universal Properties". Using the newest technology offered by the Internet, Universal Properties brings Buyers, Sellers and Exchangers together from anywhere in the world.
