"HAVE'S" and "WANT'S"
The following items of PERSONAL PROPERTY are placed here as a convenience to those wishing to trade or sell their personal property items with others, Worldwide at no cost. The advertisers eMail address is included in the ad, with the advertisers permission, to enable interested parties to communicate with the advertisers directly. THE SITE et al, shall not be responsible for the value or outcome of any sale, trade or purchase of items listed here. It is each persons responsibility to make their own "DEALS" with the advertiser directly.
HOW TO PLACE A "HAVE" OR "WANT" FOR FREE:
1. Advertisers are required to have an eMail account for communication and for placing an item on THE SITE. When typing your eMail address be sure it is ACCURATE.
2. Advertisers will simply eMail a brief description, maximum four (4)
lines per item, of information about the item they "HAVE " or
of what they are looking for as a " WANT" to:

We will then post it on OUR HAVE & WANT SITE FOR
FREE.
3. Upon eMailing an ad for an item of PERSONAL PROPERTY to be placed on THE SITE, each advertiser is agreeing to: a) Allow THE SITE to place their eMail address in their ad; b) accept and respond to eMail responses to their ad directly with respondent; c) Notify THE SITE when an item has been sold, traded or acquire, for removal of the ad; d) Allow, THE SITE, to remove their ad after 30 days unless otherwise agreed to; e) and, THE SITE, reserves the right to accept or deny, for any reason any ad submitted to THE SITE for placement on this page; f) remember to negotiate any shipping or transportation costs involved in obtaining your new item or offer to pay for shipping of your item in the ad.
4. THE SITE, et al, shall receive no compensation for placing ads on the "Have" and "Want" page and will not participate in the negotiations of any personal property offered for sale or trade. All parties deal directly with each other.
